Tricks and Behavior Shaping

Prerequisite: Puppy/Doggie Beginner Class or Trainer Approval

For: All dogs

Course Length: 6 weeks

Ages: 5 months & up

At the end of the 6 weeks you will receive a certificate of achievement for the course.

We show you how to use behavior shaping skills to train your dog tricks. This is a fun class that allows us to continue the play/learning skills that keeps your dog growing and learning.

Optional: If you are interested in getting a AKC Novice Trick Dog Title:

• You need to take and pass the test:
• You will need your dog's AKC number.
• For mixed breeds you will need to get a Canine Partners Number from AKC. The form can be download by clicking on this link: AKC Canine Partners Number Form.
• Perform 10 tricks or have a Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Title on record at AKC and perform 5 tricks.
• The test is scheduled after completion of the training class in our facility. 
• There is an additional fee for the test.

Please note: You will need to provide copies of Up-To-Date Vaccinations records:  Rabies  and Distemper.  Optional vaccines:  Kennel Cough.
